What You Will Do
As a Product Supply Chain Planner for Cloud Network, you will work with a diverse team of operations professionals for the product-specific execution of supply chain on this dynamic and highly visible product family. You will work cross-functionally with Business Unit and Supply Chain Operations partners to develop and operate an efficient, cost effective, and resilient product supply chain. This includes outcome/performance for key product fulfillment and customer facing metrics. You will also conceive and drive key business improvement initiatives across Supply Chain Operations.
Who You Will Work With
Your cross-functional team will be a highly motivated group of well rounded Supply Chain professionals within a broader community of Product Planning and Fulfillment teams aligned across Cisco’s optical product portfolio. You will partner with other organizations across Supply Chain including Regional Operations, Product Operations, Global Demand Planning and Global Sourcing Management.
Who You Are
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business, Economy, Supply Chain, or Engineering
- 5-8 years professional experience in supply chain operations or product organizations
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong supply chain knowledge
- Track records of driving tangible results and impactful initiatives in a global organization
- Excellent communication skills in written, verbal, and presentation formats.
- Data analytical experience using Excel or other data visualization platforms
- Program/project management experience with direct ownership
U.S. employees have

Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday, plus a day off for their birthday. Employees accrue up to 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) each year and have access to paid time away to deal with critical or emergency issues without tapping into their PTO. We offer additional paid time to volunteer and give back to the community. Employees are also able to purchase company stock through our Employee Stock Purchase Program.
Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
