Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams, which build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Supply Chain Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
- Reporting to the Sr. Director, Supply Chain Management, the Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for directing the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and procedures within the organization related to supply chain management. In charge of managing and overseeing the methods and processes in the holdup of both new and existing products. Customer face and strategy.
- What a typical day looks like:

- Participates in the review of vendor and customer contracts by outlining requirements and considerations.
- Checks materials related to data research.
- Participates with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and goals.
- Directs the activities of supply chain managers and staff and oversees planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area.
- Interacts regularly with executives, customers, and vendors.
- Drives supply chain management strategies to deliver customer requirements and maintain Flex's financial drive.
- Provides supplier management as related to product development and integration.
- The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- BA/BS in engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Senior experience in a similar position.
- Fluent in English.
- Microsoft Office management.
- Experience in negotiation with vendors, Brokers, and Distribution.
- Experience with Shipping Coordination and the administration of purchase orders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced functional, technical, people, and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
- A background in electronics manufacturing,
