You will be part of this growth leading the Latam team accountable for defining Productivity / BCP (Business Continuity Management) & Packaging agendas from strategy definition up to commercialization.

**W**hat You’ll Do for Us**
- Ensures we have a robust Productivity and BCP (Business Continuity Management) pipeline for the 3+ years that includes the impact in sustainability, raw material future availability, in line with our targets
- Manages product design at right consumer value and connects with EWI (Enterprise Wide Initiative)
- Accountable for defining the Operating Unit packaging and equipment portfolio required to meet our targets for innovation, renovation, productivity, including all workstreams to deliver our substantiality targets.
- Improve the overall packaging & equipment development capability via training and developing others in the packaging & equipment group.
- Provide both technical and organizational leadership on developing pipeline of packaging, equipment design & technologies from ideation to commercialization.
- Work closely with Atlanta packaging / equipment research group to identify “R” to “D” opportunities which support LATAM business growth, and build them into the packaging / equipment development pipeline. Vice versa, he/she will need to input, influence the research direction of the Atlanta group based on the packaging, equipment development needs in pacific markets.
- Proactively work with OU (operating Unit) / Group marketing and technical to create new packaging / equipment concepts/technologies and develop them to commercialization.
- Coordinate with R&D multifunctional team to provide packaging development support to the key product platforms lead out of Mexico
- Build network with external resources (suppliers, universities, research institutes, innovation agencies...) to identify packaging, equipment innovation opportunities which can deliver competitive advantage to our system.
- Accountable for defining the short and long term productivity portfolio that meets our targets, focused on consumer centricity, ensuring we continuously deliver preference at right cost from a technical/ commercialization perspective.
- Enhance System profitability with Systematic Value Chain Management to create competitive edge through Implementing Packaging & Formula cost optimization projects.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- 12-15 years’ experience in R&D either product or packaging in Food/Beverage company, in which 5+ in management position.
- Broad Packaging and or Product development knowledge, preferably in Beverage industry.
- Strong Business and Consumer Knowledge
- Strategic thinking, being able to manage short and long term. Defining and executing strategies
- Strong people leadership, effectively leading the group to identify, communicate, develop, and implement packaging, productivity development opportunities
- Strong Stakeholder management, leadership and influencing skills
- Experienced in project management and Priority setting
- Broad Experience in (Good to have): Knowledge Production and Engineering Processes in beverage. Packaging materials and the related production processes; Logistics and Distribution; Specific Cold Drink Equipment Skills: knowledge of product and Package interactions and handling requirement; Statistical Analysis Skills: Statistical knowledge to conduct meaningful equipment surveys and analyse data and trends; Supply chain, Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
