Senior Business Analyst with Product Owner Experience

We are seeking a high-performing **Senior Business Analyst** with proven expertise in Product Ownership to join our dynamic team.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, driving agile product development, and delivering innovative solutions aligned with organizational strategy.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct requirements analysis to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Document and communicate outcomes of stakeholder engagements and ensure solutions meet business needs
- Lead optimization efforts for existing business processes and define recommendations for improvement
- Prioritize and manage product feature backlogs in collaboration with Agile teams
- Set and communicate product vision, roadmaps, and value propositions to stakeholders
- Develop user stories and ensure adequate task preparation for development sprints
- Facilitate the planning and delivery of product release schedules and new functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate obstacles affecting sprint goals
- Uncover and collect key insights during meetings and produce actionable reports

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role
- Background in evaluating business processes, conducting optimization assessments, and performing requirements analysis
- Expertise in Agile frameworks and methodologies like Scrum and Kanban
- Competency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of stakeholder communication strategies and backlog management techniques
- Showcase of proven experience in product vision creation and user story definition
- Proficiency in gathering assumptions, developing business cases, and prioritizing stories and epics
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
