Lead Business Analyst with Product Owner Experience

We are hiring a skilled **Lead Business Analyst**with a strong background in Product Ownership to become a key player in our innovative team.

This position is tailored for individuals who excel at connecting technical teams with business stakeholders, driving agile product innovation, and implementing solutions that align with organizational goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze requirements to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions
- Document and convey stakeholder meeting results, ensuring business needs are addressed
- Optimize existing processes and propose actionable recommendations for improvement
- Prioritize and manage product feature backlogs in partnership with Agile teams
- Communicate product vision, roadmaps, and value propositions clearly to stakeholders
- Create detailed user stories and prepare task requirements for development sprints
- Plan and oversee product release schedules and the deployment of new features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve impediments impacting sprint objectives
- Extract valuable insights during meetings to produce actionable follow-up reports

**Requirements**:

- Over 5 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, or a comparable position
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Background in assessing business processes, streamlining operations, and performing requirements analysis
- Expertise in Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban
- Competency in using tools like Jira, Confluence, and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of effective communication strategies for stakeholders and practices for backlog management
- Evidence of contributions to product vision formulation and detailed user story creation
- Proficiency in evaluating assumptions, developing business cases, and prioritizing epics and stories
- English communication skills at or above a B2+ level
