We are a 50-state provider network and have built a best -in-class technology platform to deliver excellent, relationship-driven care for patients with chronic conditions in collaboration with health systems and health plans.
**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Respond via outbound phone calls to 50-150 warm leads per day.
- Have a deep understanding of Assure Health’s clinical value and be able to communicate that to prospective patients
- Answer any incoming phone calls from prospective customers and provide them with clear, detailed answers to their questions
- Use scripts when applicable to provide information to prospective patients.
- Ask pertinent questions to be able to provide prospective patients with a thorough understanding of our program and how it may benefit them
- Input all potential patient information into Salesforce CRM
**Requirements and Skills**:
- 1+ years of previous experience as telemarketer or similar Sales/Customer Service role
- Able to be empathetic towards patients with chronic conditions
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English and Spanish
- Able to negotiate and deal with complaints
- Persistent in a kind manner and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle rejection
