**Descripción y Requisitos**

**SUMMARY**

Serve as Program Manager for specific customer accounts. This includes pricing existing and new programs with margin analysis, managing contracts and related inventory, planning and development for accounts as well as working with all department to ensure the goals of the customer and organization are met. Direct and coordinate activities and exercise control over personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of the project.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES **include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Be familiar with MRP.
- Ability to understand and perform technical research to produce accurate customer quote for project scope.
- Must have excellent experience with administrative matters, i.e., collaboration with operations and employees.
- Maintain customer contracts to ensure all requirements are being met.
- Plan meetings for team to evaluate and recommend specific project strategies.
- Organizing daily activities based on the goals of the organization and customers
- Monitoring projects and overseeing quoting/purchasing, engineering and planning to ensure goals are met
- Work with other departments to develop margins and plans for the programs

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from Four?year College or university preferred and five years related experience and/or training in Electronics and client relations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

**OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- Must be well organized, a self-starter, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to multitask, prioritize and adjust tasks in accordance with changing deadlines and priorities.
- Must be even-tempered and team spirited.
- Must be computer literate and have experience with personal computers (MS Office Suite); Advanced in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must have the ability to quickly learn_ _specific software (MRP).****:

- Teamwork and motivational skills.
- Must be able to make sound independent decisions based on available data.
- Must be able to work with a variety of personalities in an effective manner.

**OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Establishes and maintains effective channels of communication with immediate Supervisor, development heads, co-workers, clients, affiliates, vendors and all other business contacts.
- Uses equipment and materials in a safe and acceptable manner, follows established safety procedures, uses appropriate safeguards and observes common sense rules of safety in all on-the-job activities.
- Conducts self in manner reflecting credit on MC Electronics and encourages others to do the same.
