- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Mechanical Assembly _Process Engineer _located in _Guadalajara, North Campus_._
- Reporting to Process Engineering Manager,_ _Mechanical Assembly Process Engineer role involves_ _working on process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality, and delivery improvements to support a manufacturing_ organization._

What a typical day looks like:

- _
Controls and manages mechanical assembly line activities and processes through successful direction and support._
- _
Define, design, and carry out mechanical assembly process from customer drawing._
- _
Fixture design._
- _
Define the type of tooling for assembly._
- _
Use of design software._
- _
Design and install mechanical equipment; select components, specify materials, costs, and duration of execution. Plan and direct manufacturing and machine maintenance operations; evaluate and optimize processes._
- _
Identify and solve problems related to machines and processes._
- _
- _
Participate in the planning and execution of projects._

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Strong experience in Mechanical Assembly_
- _
BA/BS or equivalent work experience_
- _
Fluent English_
- _
Experience in defining the mechanical assembly process from a customer's drawing._
- _
Design of fixtures._
- _
Proficiency in defining the type of tooling for the assembly._
- _
Indispensable knowledge of Solidworks._
- _
Microsoft office._
- _
Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing_
- _
Experience in core tools & 8 D´s_
