Will be responsible for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a manufacturing organization.What a regular day looks like:- PCBA and Mechanical assembly process control and improvement;- New product introduction and ramp up, and material issue handling;- Customer and internal communication;- Evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability;- Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters;- Participate to activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements;- Evaluate and select various engineered materials;- Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products;- Provide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities;- Develop manufacturing documents and review processing methods;- Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer;- Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer.Experience we are looking to add to our team:- Full engineer experience in electronic industry (Process engineering).- Bachelor or above degree.- Experience in PCBA and mechanical assembly.- PCBA critical repair Knowledge.- Implementation of manufacturing controls.- SMT and BOX experience.- Root cause analysis and troubleshooting experience.- Intermediate - Advanced English communication.- good at report editing capability.- Have good communication skill with OEM customer.Can use statistic method to analysis.Here are a few of our preferred experiences:- Precision instrument assembly experience.Here are a few examples of what you’ll get for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.LG54Job CategoryProduction Engineering
