Talent Acquisition Administrator
- **This role is for a 6-month contract, but there is possibility to grow into a different full-time position in HR or other area in the company if you are interested and your performance is good**_

LOCATION: Guadalajara, Mexico

REPORTS TO: Talent Services Manager

The Talent Acquisition Administrator will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating interviews, and administering the tools required to do so, for all the professionals and above level across the Americas. This individual must be able to communicate clearly in writing via English and Spanish. with professional level leaders and Talent Acquisition Partners to swiftly schedule and coordinate interviews while maintaining alignment with defined processes.

Core Responsibilities:

- Coordinate interviews, reschedules and calendar requests while proactively anticipating and resolving issues through effective communication, customer service & expectations management.
- Data Collection for reporting
- Provide support for successful interview scheduling & leveraging technologies.
- Support initiatives in Talent Acquisition Process Excellence.
- Represent the department and company in a professional manner.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or an administrative role.
- Experience preferred with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS, Workday, SuccessFactors or similar)
- Strong Outlook management and SNOW desired.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- High energy & enthusiasm, with a customer service orientation.
- Strong verbal/written English & Spanish communication skill required, Portuguese desired.
