We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of Parque Industrial Queretaro **English is an asset** **Shift: Monday to Saturday: 8am to 5 pm** **Responsibilities**: - Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution - Assist and advise drivers on company information - Conduct new drivers induction, assisting drivers to get onboard and to maintain files, audit reports and renewals of driver documents. - Establish and manage proper workflow to ensure daily, weekly and monthly reports and requirements are met (trucks and drivers) - Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools - Ensure safety & security procedures are adhered to - Overlook effective equipment maintenance - Monitor driver logs and ELD hours of service - Discipline drivers when necessary - Other Ad hoc responsibilities related to Driver Support **Requirements**: - Good english skills - College diploma or university degree preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure. - Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise. - High level of personal integrity, objectivity and honesty. **Benefits** - We offer competitive pay package: - Savings fund - Healthcare Benefit Package - Food coupons - Career growth - High competitive salary - Life Insurance - We invest time and support in you to provide the room to learn, grow and work your way up.
