Actuará como un representante de ventas experto que brinda servicio a los clientes y vende productos que satisfagan sus necesidades. La Efectividad de la Fuerza de Ventas será la base para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas previamente negociados con la gerencia de ventas. - Buena experiência en la industria, idealmente adquirida en los segmentos de óptica minorista u oftalmología (deseable).
- Habilidades básicas / buenas ventas.
- Buenas habilidades organizativas y analíticas
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
- Conocimientos básicos del idioma inglés (50%).
- Capacidad para trabajar y cooperar con equipos.
- Buen manejo de las herramientas informáticas de MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Dedicado, Compañero, Inventivo, Amigable.
- Modelo de Competencias: Conocimiento de Producto y Mercado, Ventas Estratégicas, Análisis, Segmentación y Planificación, Socio de Negocio.
- Visitas de campo 100%.
- Viaje requerido 30%.
- 1-2 años de experiência, experiência de campo idealmente adquirida en los segmentos de óptica, venta minorista u oftalmología (deseable).
- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Marketing, Publicidad o campo relacionado.
- Demostrar un buen conocimiento de los productos.
- Respetar y adherirse a todas las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa.
- Planificar y ejecutar citas personales de venta a los clientes del territorio específico y de acuerdo a la periodicidad preestablecida.
- Cree relaciones positivas y duraderas con los clientes, el personal, los colegas y los proveedores.
- Establece objetivos individuales para cada cliente.
- Identificar oportunidades de nuevos negocios dentro del mercado.
- Ayudar a mejorar el conocimiento de la marca y el producto siguiendo las directrices del departamento de marketing.
- Planifique e imparta sesiones de formación sobre productos para clientes y personal.
- Manténgase al día con la competencia, especialmente sobre los precios actuales del mercado, los nuevos productos, los plazos de entrega, los materiales promocionales y las acciones, etc.
- Alcanzar y/o superar el objetivo de ventas (R$ y unidades) establecido conjuntamente con la Gerencia de Ventas.
- Asegurarse de que los equipos y herramientas proporcionados por la empresa se utilizan correctamente y siempre están en perfectas condiciones (coche de empresa, móvil, portátil, iPad, etc.)
- Participación activa en eventos y congresos, cuando se le solicite.
- Asegurar a los clientes el cumplimiento de las condiciones de pago establecidas.
