Full Time - On-Site (Mexico City)
- In D. Catcher, we are looking for a Real Estate Specialist to join a Top Forbes company.
- Real State Specialist will plan, develop, coordinate and execute administrative tasks for all offices, as well as being responsible for real estate management._
**Principle duties and tasks**:
- Manage the maintenance of the company’s facilities.
- Follow up real estate contracts.
- Coordinate and execute the opening and moving of new offices.
- Manage new office projects related to: review and negotiation of contracts; contracting and negotiation.
- Planning of new real estate projects based on the expected growth for the company.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced English level (interview will be done in English).
- Availability to travel
- Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility in adapting to different projects, new processes, and learning new areas of the business as assigned.
- Collaborate with team members to support the department with all projects.
- Experience working at a fact paced environment in order to meet strict deadlines.
- Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills.
