**Pay**: MX$140.00 - MX$180.00 per hour

Job description:
We are seeking a **Remote Operations Coordinator** to support our insulation and roofing projects. This role combines **logistics coordination and customer service**, ensuring crews, vendors, and clients are supported so projects run smoothly, on time, and to high standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Act as the main point of contact for crews, vendors, and project managers, providing strong customer service and conflict resolution.
- Schedule and coordinate U.S.based field crews, ensuring they have the right materials and support.
- Oversee procurement, delivery, and inventory of materials and equipment to avoid delays and control costs.
- Anticipate and resolve operational issues through proactive communication.
- Track project progress, productivity, and KPIs; prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years in **construction operations, logistics, or project coordination** (insulation or roofing experience a plus).
- Strong **customer service background** with excellent English communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project, or similar preferred).
- Excellent English level is **MANDATORY**:

- Proven ability to work independently in a **remote setting**.
- Experience coordinating U.S.based construction crews.

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 USD per hour

Pay: $120.00 - $180.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
