**Service Now Specialist**

**Buscamos**:

- Licenciatura o ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, Tecnologías de la información o afínes.
- 2 a 5 años de experiência trabajando con la plataforma ServiceNow.
- Configuración de flujos de trabajo y automatización, gestión de usuarios, permisos y roles, integraciones con otras herramientas o plataformas.
- Deseable certificación en ServiceNow System Administrator.

Responsable de la administración, configuración, mantenimiento y mejora continua de la plataforma ServiceNow, alineando sus funcionalidades con las necesidades operativas y estratégicas del negocio.

**Principales Funciones**:

- Administrar y mantener la plataforma ServiceNow, asegurando su disponibilidad y correcto funcionamiento.
- Configurar y personalizar módulos de acuerdo con los requerimientos del negocio.
- Diseñar y mantener flujos de trabajo automatizados, formularios y reglas de negocio
- Realizar análisis funcionales y técnicos de nuevas necesidades o mejoras solicitadas.
- Monitorear el rendimiento y solucionar incidentes o problemas relacionados con la plataforma.
- Colaborar con equipos de TI, seguridad y negocio para definir procesos eficientes en la herramienta.
- Implementar actualizaciones y mejoras de versión siguiendo buenas prácticas.
- Capacitar a usuarios y brindar soporte funcional sobre el uso de la plataforma.
- Documentar configuraciones, procesos y cambios realizados en el sistema.

**Ofrecemos**:

- Sueldo negociable con base a experiência, rango entre $25,000 y $ 35,000 mensuales brutos.
- Prestaciones de ley.

- Horario Lunes a viernes 9:00am a 6:00pm.
- **Home Office
- Disponibilidad para asistir a oficinas con cliente dentro de CDMX.
