**Responsabilities**:

- Issue invoices to customer
- Issue credit and debit notes
- Collect payments
- Issue payment receipt (recibo electrónico de pago)
- Upload invoices on the customers platforms
- Contact with Customers and subsidiaries
- Maintain client master records
- Sent monthly customer statements
- Contact with internal departmants
- GL accounts analysis
- Internal reports
- Performing necessary journal entries
- Process employee expense reports
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Accounting activities
- Other special projects as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or equivalent experience preferable
- Understanding of accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- SAP experience preferably
- Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels of the organization
- Understanding of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet)
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Team work
