**Title: Field Service Operations Support***

**Duties**:
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of experience working for Konecranes with well-rounded knowledge of the Technician and Inspector Roles
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience as a Trainer preferred
- Proficiency with computers, tablets, smartphones, etc. (Windows based devices specifically)
- Ability to speak English and Spanish fluently.
**Travel**:
Domestic and some International travel will be required, and could be up to 50%.
