**Sales Activation Rep**
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Reach the Sell Out target of Bayer technologies and systems in the territory assigned.
- Implement the Sales Activation Plan in the region, aligned to marketing plan and brand guidelines.
- Implement the Demo Plots Plan, including proposal of quantity, locations, growers, planting dates, etc.
- Document in the appropriate tool designed by Bayer, all the information related to Demo Plots and Growers events previously agreed in the sales activation plan.
- Train the distributors sales reps about Bayer portfolio and systems, brand positioning and guidelines, value selling, etc.
- Responsible to control and follow-up the Bayer and distributors investments agreed in the marketing plan and PIB.
- Provide market information regarding crop hectares, market share, competitors main activities, etc.
**WHO YOU ARE**
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related.
- 2 years Experience in sales or crop management is required.
- Customer Focus
- Communication Skills
- Negotiation, Account Planning
- Digital Tools.
- Strong managing Power Point and Excel.
- Salesforce or similar CRM.
- English desired.
