Analyst

Reporting to: Team Lead

The primary objective of the position is to run daily operations for our US Benefits and Employee Experience department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our US benefits programs and ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience. You will play a crucial role in supporting our team's mission to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being

Key Segments: US Benefits, Canada Benefits, Flex Rewards, payroll, pension and master data End to End query management.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills
- Graduate/ Completed bachelor's degree

. English proficiency: Advanced: (B2-C1)
- Calling/query management experience (Preferable in Rewards HR)
- 1 years previous work experience
- Excellent communication skills

o Data accuracy

o Technical skills including Advanced MS Excel, JIRA
- Other Skills required

o Good at decision making with employees

o Should be self-initiator

o Adept at preparing & maintaining documentation as per operational excellence

Benefits Administration:
Administer daily business employee query resolution and its aspects of the US & CAN benefits program, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
- Coordinate with stakeholder, benefit providers, brokers, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of benefits to employees
- Assist employees with benefit inquiries, issue resolution, and enrollment processes daily, requires on call assistance on regular basis for half of the working day
- Stay appraised on benefits policies and changes on the benefits front for query management
- Maintain all business health KPIS like turnaround time, CSAT and call adherence basis the targets set for the team
