Responsible for Business Area strategy deployment and business operations in the assigned Country / Group of Countries, under strict alignment with Zone Business Lead, to accomplish Business Area and Zone overall targets.
- Responsible and Accountable for strategy execution and business success of Business Area in the assigned Country/Group of Countries (incl. representation of CS/ES business towards ZBL and facilitation of CS/ES related escalations)
- Responsible and Accountable for P&L targets achievement (until PRF) of Business Area in the assigned Country/Group of Countries Directly manage Sales Head/s for the assigned Country/Group of Countries (in alignment with Head of Business of other Business Areas, as applicable) and the local Product Specialists team Define and implement sales incentives in alignment with Head of Business of other Business Areas (if applicable) and ZBL Manage deal escalation process with own BA with authority to take pricing decisions within the signed PRF target agreement thresholds Set CRM targets and drive sales performance for the Business Area Monitor revenue execution to meet targets Develop key customer relationships/partnerships with KOLs and advisory boards Responsible for successful inclusion and selling of US equipment in multi-modality deals based on customer requirements.
Profesional en áreas administrativas o del sector salud, más de 10 años de experiência en roles directivos de Gerencia de Ventas y/o Desarrollo de Negocios en el sector salud de México. Preferiblemente especialización en finanzas y mercadeo. Nível de inglés avanzado. Conocimiento del sector salud público y privado de México.
