**Now Hiring: Medical Appointment Schedulers (On-Site Position)**

**Location**: 1Click Contact Center - Zona Río Offices (inside the Do It Business Center)
**Address**: Jose Clemente Orozco 10093, Zona Río Urbana, Tijuana
**Start Date**: Monday, July 7 at 8:00 am
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday | 7:55 am - 5:00 pm | _Weekends Off_
**Weekly Pay**: $5,100 MXN gross | Approx. $4,315 MXN net (after taxes)

At **1Click Contact Center**, we’re looking for **reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused professionals** to join our **Medical Appointment Setting** campaign. This is an **on-site position** that plays a key role in helping patients schedule the care they need efficiently, accurately, and with compassion.

**Key Responsibilities**:
After **90** days, team members may be considered for a **Home Office opportunity** (to be discussed during the interview, based on performance and attendance).
- **Appointment Scheduling**:
Schedule patient appointments, procedures, and follow-ups using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- **Patient Communication**:
Answer incoming calls and messages, and assist with appointment confirmations, changes, and general inquiries.
- **Information Management**:
Collect and update patient records, verify insurance details, and ensure all data is accurately maintained.
- **Administrative Support**:
Perform data entry, manage digital files, and assist with internal clerical tasks.
- **Clinic Flow Coordination**:
Help ensure a smooth experience for patients and efficient scheduling for providers.
- **Problem Solving**:
Address scheduling conflicts or patient concerns professionally and promptly.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Customer service experience (especially in high-volume or healthcare settings)
- Comfort using computers and scheduling systems
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA compliance is a plus
