**Descripción**:

- Empresa del ramo automotriz T1 / T2, solicita Customer Service - Industria Automotriz
- Experiência mínima: 3 años desempeñando dicha posición.
- Ubicación: San Luis Potosí

**Objetivo del puesto**:

- Proveer un excelente servicio a los clientes internos y externos asegurando el cumplimiento de las condiciones comerciales a través de los acuerdos ya establecidos con cliente.

**Funciones principales (PC&L)**
- Recibir y analizar los requerimientos de cliente (EDI - demanda) y sus variaciones. Experiência en Administración y análisis de Forecast, seguimiento a las coberturas de clientes.
- Ingreso diario de ordenes (raleases - demanda) en SAP B.One
- Comunicación directa con clientes para aclaraciones, ajustes y soporte postventa.
- Recuperación de material obsoleto y buen nível de negociación.
- Control y manejo de equipo retornable de clientes.
- Resolución de conflictos entre clientes y procesos internos.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de entregas a clientes, coordinando embarques, almacén y facturación, en conjunto con las áreas funcionales de la organización.
- Monitoreo y atención continua (24/7) de clientes y sus portales OEMS y Tier 1
- Comunicar proactivamente con el cliente sobre atrasos o incrementos en las entregas.

**Habilidades**:

- Técnicas: Planificación de tareas, administración de recursos, solución de conflictos y satisfacción al cliente.
- Personales: Liderazgo, proactividad, actitud de servicio, comunicación efectiva, trabajo en equipo, orientación a resultados, toma de decisiones e integridad.
- Idioma: inglés avanzado.

**Conocimientos**:

- Dominio de Excel / manejo de bases de datos
- Conocimientos básicos en logística / comercio exterior
- Planeación y control de producción, inventarios y almacén
- Manejo de Norma de Calidad ISO/IATF 16949
- Experiência con sistemas MRP / ERP (SAP business one) → ideal.
