**Description**:
Technical support to the PC users (Hardware and software).
- Installation, hardware / software configuration.
- Corrective and preventive maintenance to computer equipment.
- Monitoring of data network operation.
- Inventory maintenance of computer equipment.
- Train PC users as required.
- Quick and effective problem solving in the operation.
- Responsible for following the codes of conduct, regulations and policies of Medline.

**Qualifications**:
Engineering bachelor degree in computer sciences or equivalent
- 1+ Years of experience in the position
- Experience and knowledge in structured cabling for networks.
- Understanding of the operation of the different Computer Operating Systems
- 1+ Years working in FDA/ISO 13485 regulated environment desirable
- Software management
- AS400 and SAP Knowledge Desirable
- FDA and IS0 13485 knowledge Desirable
- Disciplined and Organized
- Proactive
- Able to manage multiple projects
- Sense of urgency
- Schedule availability
