Headquarter is in Carlsbad, Ca. and our center of excellence for manufacturing in Mexicali is continuously ranked as a Great Place to Work in Mexico. Our innovative products are widely recognized in the U.S. and International marketplaces where we are considered one of the fastest growing health care manufacturers. The Production Supervisor plans, coordinates and supervises the Production/Manufacturing process of existing and new products, as well as its production lines ensuring the Quality System procedures regulated under FDA, ISO13485:2016 and MDSAP standards.
Experiência y requisitos
- 1 years experience as a production supervisor -Bachelor´s degree in engineering Industrial/Bioengineering or related field -Experience in line balancing (adjusting to changing demand). -Experience in Root Cause Analysis tools. -Experience in Lean Manufacturing environments is desired. -English spoken 70% as minimum. -Great attitude
