**DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA EMPRESA**

Nos especializamos en ayudarte a lograr una mayor eficiencia, productividad y rentabilidad mediante la optimización de tu sistema ERP Odoo

**RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Analizar las necesidades del cliente y proponer soluciones
- Implementar las soluciones acordadas (configuración y desarrollo)
- Convertir al cliente y su equipo en usuarios hábiles en Odoo
- Micro-Gestión de proyecto - Seguir el proyecto y comunicar su estado y tareas en curso
- Retroalimentación para la mejora del equipo

**ACTIVIDADES**
- Manejo y análisis de bases de datos
- Maquetación de bases de datos
- Minutas y Briefs de reuniones
- Configuración y validación en Odoo
- Realizar tareas de implementación
- Documentación y manuales de usuario
- Capacitación híbrida a usuarios
- Soporte técnico a usuarios

**REQUERIMIENTOS**
- Estudios en Ingeniería o Licenciatura en áreas de negocios, administración o cualquier disciplina afín
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación hablada y escrita
- Ser independiente, asertivo y proactivo
- Afinidad al mundo del TI, Sistemas y/o Tecnologías
- Experiência en Excel

**DESEABLE**
- Experiência en la implementación de software de gestión empresarial (ERP)
- Experiência y/o certificación en proyecto ágiles-scrum
- Experiência en contabilidad o finanzas
- Conocimiento técnico (XML, Python, JS, SQL)
