The Accounts Receivable Supervisor is responsible for leading the accounts receivable team in managing billing operations, collections, and payment processing. This role ensures compliance with company policies and financial accuracy while driving process improvements and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Job Purpose Detail:

- Supervise and mentor the accounts receivable team, providing training and performance feedback.
- Monitor and ensure timely processing of accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing and payment posting.
- Oversee customer communications regarding invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
- Manage collections efforts to reduce outstanding balances and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Monitor and review AR aging reports and take appropriate action to address overdue accounts.
- Conduct regular audits of accounts receivable records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve AR processes and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and support audit activities.
- Utilize customer portals to manage invoices, statements, and payment uploads.
- Prepare detailed financial reports for management, summarizing AR performance and metrics.

What you will need
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in accounts receivable functions, including collections and reconciliations.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software, preferably D365, and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present financial data.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Pay: $900,000.00 - $12,000,000.00 per year
