Field Support Engineer

Create a smarth future with us, we are looking for**:Field Support Enginner**
- Availability to travel constantly_
**Activities**:
- Manage and maintain customer satisfaction level in terms of service and sale support,
- Ensures correct implementation and stable situation of Company customer delivered products and of the demonstration activities for the region,
- Manage customer issues and activities including customer post sale implementations as well as manage activities performed.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Technology, Telecoms or related,
- At least 3 years of management experience in a Networkin or Telecom environment supporting,
- Technichal knowledge: Windows and Linux OS,
- Travel up to 40% with some emergency travel within assigned region.
