Currently we are looking for our next: Sales Productivity Sr. Manager **Which is the main objective of this role?** Drive Sales productivity agenda to achieve productivity targets established in AOP, by identifying savings opportunities, engaging with relevant stakeholders within the function and other team leaders (e.g. Finance, Operations, Controllership), leading projects, ensuring value realization and building a multiyear pipeline of potential productivity initiatives Develop LSS capabiltity within the function, build AOP. Qualifications: **What will you be doing?** - Manage Sales productivity agenda to deliver AOP commitments, ensuring value realization on initiatives, and closing performance gaps - Build productivity initiatives portfolio to reach established AOP targets set by FP&A - Ensure appropriate support from relevant stakeholders (Sales and support functions leaders) towards identifying and driving productivity results - Cultivate a Productivity culture within the Sales organization and beyond - Lead processes with multiple functions to identify opportunities and build a productivity multiyear pipeline - Define productivity strategy - Lead initiatives that drive efficiencies and cost reduction in Sales operations - Assign and balance resources in his/her charge to appropriately staff and fund the correct initiatives to deliver committed benefits. - Report results at relevant forums (e.g. CTs’ meetings, field meetings and productivity council) to inform better/worse performance and in case it is needed to secure support required **Who are we looking for?** - Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Administration or similar - MBA preferred - Excellent communication skills (written/oral) in English and Spanish - +7 years of relevant experience (managing large projects/programs, portoflios) - FMCG Sales & Distribution knowledge highly desired - Experience with Process optimization methodologies or Operations Management - Proficient in influencing other regardless of hierarchical position - Champion of Talent Development - Highly analytical - Able to quickly dissagragate complex problems and find unapparent connections - Ability to handle changing priorities - Thrives in an ambiguous environment - Proven track record of driving results **What can you expect from us?** - Competitive compensation - A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life - A dynamic and inclusive culture - A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development - Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide - Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs - We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
