Customer Service Representative

We are a Japanese company with over 10 years of presence in Mexico, specializing in precision components for the automotive industry. We value continuous improvement, quality, and cross-functional collaboration. We are currently looking to add a professional to our team who will serve as a key liaison between our customers and internal departments.
**Position Objective**
Manage and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met through effective commercial attention aligned with the company's internal processes.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Contact new and current customers to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate prices, sales conditions, and service agreements according to company policies.
- Prepare professional sales contracts and follow up on purchase orders.
- Use ERP and CRM systems to manage communications, orders, and related documentation.
- Resolve customer complaints through issue investigation, solution development, and reporting.
- Work closely with internal departments such as Production, Quality, Engineering, and Logistics.
- Process commercial documentation, change orders, and follow up on vendor-managed inventories.
- Maintain customer-related documentation in compliance with ISO/TS/AS certification requirements.
- Participate in continuous training and professional development activities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical B2B sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proficient in using ERP and CRM systems (mandatory).
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills, with conflict resolution capabilities.
- Intermediate-advanced English (able to hold technical conversations).
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
