**Objetivo**:
Cumplir los planes y estrategias comerciales en la región su cargo; garantizar la observancia de políticas de venta y de crédito y cobranzas, el desarrollo del talento interno y la administración eficiente de los recursos materiales y financieros que le son asignados. Identificará y capitalizará oportunidades de crecimiento del negocio a través de análisis de KPI´s, tendencias de venta, estudios y visitas de mercado, incremento en la cartera de clientes.

**Un día en la vida de...**- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de venta considerando los recursos necesarios, humanos y financieros disponibles; estableciendo estrategias y planes alineados a las necesidades del negocio y de nuestros clientes que apoyen tal fin.- Evaluar permanente de KPI´s Regionales e individuales:1)Target of NPS F&B/Nutrición/CPW. 2) Cobertura de objetivo de
- inversión comercial (TTS). 3) Control de cargos y días de cartera con apego al objetivo regional de clientes del territorio. 4) Cobertura de objetivo de MOGE regional- Desarrollar profesionalmente al personal a cargo y evaluar el desempeño del mismo, identificando las oportunidades de
- cada uno de sus colaboradores en función de sus resultados y potencial, desarrollando su talento a través de coaching,
- capacitación en campo y cursos que potencien sus habilidades- Garantizar la observancia de las políticas comerciales y crediticias con apego a los KPI´s y buenas prácticas de la
- organización (Control de TTS, Cartera, Devoluciones).

**Lo que te hará exitoso**:

- 5 a 7 años de experiência en Ventas / Trato directo con cliente
- Deseable experiência previa en canal mayoreo
- Inglés avanzado
- Excelente habilidad para la negociación y resolución de conflictos (toma de decisiones)
- Gran capacidad de análisis
- Fuerte habilidad de liderazgo para el manejo de equipo
