We are looking your talen as a service desk it is a bilingual and on site possition

**Job description**:

- Provide hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone for customer’s end users
- High school (B.Sc. or Diploma)
- 1 year of experience help desk, customer service, and support experience with problem solving involving hardware, software, and networks.
- Phone support experience is mandatory
- Technical helpdesk or technical call center experience is necessary (6 months)
- Willing to work Monday to FridayGreat level of English spoken and written
