As our IT Service Desk, you will work with customers, vendors, and the assigned project manager to ensure managed networking services are deployed to support customers’ business needs.
Qualifications:
- English Proficiency
- 2+ years of customer support experience in a technical environment
- Experience working with ticketing systems
- Experience with network tests (ping, traceroute and ipconfig)
- Proficient at small, medium, and large business system implementation.
- Microsoft Office365 or Google Suite proficiency
