Job Summary

- Reporting to the _Production Planning Manager
_, Master Scheduler role involves_
- Responsible for working with the materials and planning teams in order to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of final product, with zero downtime._

What a typical day looks like:

- _ Create daily production schedules_
- _ Supervise that deadlines are met._
- _ Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization_
- _ Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management_
- _ Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues._
- _ Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime_
- _ Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials_
- _ Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization_
- _ Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage._
- _ Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues_
- _ Provide training to staff members as required_
- _ Report key metrics as required_

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- _ Experience as similar position in manufacturing industry_
- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_
- _ Knowledge with Baan, SAP_
- _ Must be proficient in English_
- _ Advance knowledge with Excel_
- _ Must be proficient with MRP_
- _ Knowledge with NPI_
- _ Experience with master planning in SMT and integration_
- _ Knowledge with capabilities and administration_
