**Who we are looking for?**
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct organisation-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
- Design and develop effective job coaching and training programs with effective training methods and activities
- Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions
- Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques
- Maintain updated training database and training records
- Research and recommend new training methods, like gamification

**Requirements**:

- BS degree in Education, Training or related field
- Proven experience as job Coach, Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role
- Experience in developing training and coaching plans
- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
- Experience with e-learning platforms
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving ability
