You support our team as

**Process Engineer (f/m/d)**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Process development of rubber vulcanization tools and assembly processes,
- Participation in tool and assembly equipment regional and global meetings.
- Creation of required documentation and working documents.
- Project tracking of tooling / equipment through program management process.
- Develop process maps for project quoting.
- Support of series production regarding process related questions in order to reach quality and production targets - hands-on to resolve issues.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Training of employees (local, regional, global, if necessary).

**Qualifications**:

- Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- 3 years preferable with background in polymer and elastomer processing and / or automation technology processes.
- Experience in the field of assembly processes, APQP process (PFMEA), manufacturing processes, etc.
- Advance English.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to travel.
