**¿Qué harás como Ingeniero de Procesos en SEE?**:**Bajo la dirección del Gerente de Mejora Continua de nuestra planta, este rol está enfocado en la optimización y mejora continua de nuestro sistema de impresión digital para empaques.** El ingeniero de procesos trabajará en conjunto con producción, mantenimiento y otros equipos para desarrollar soluciones innovadoras que mejoren la calidad, eficiencia y rentabilidad de la impresión digital en conversión de empaques.**¿Por qué te necesitamos?**:- ** Para mejorar la entrega de productos terminados a nuestros clientes**, optimizando métodos de producción y asegurando que los procesos sean más eficientes y confiables.- ** Para liderar iniciativas de reducción de costos y estandarización**, eliminando gastos innecesarios tanto en operaciones actuales como en nuevas implementaciones.- ** Para ser el principal referente técnico en proyectos de mejora de calidad**, garantizando que el proceso de impresión digital alcance estándares óptimos desde su fase inicial.- ** Para supervisar desde una perspectiva técnica las actividades diarias de producción**, asegurando que se ejecuten conforme a las mejores prácticas y con un enfoque en la eficiencia operativa.- ** Para colaborar con clientes internos en la resolución de inquietudes de calidad**, identificando nuevas oportunidades para mejorar productos o métodos y ofrecer soluciones de mayor valor.- ** Para compartir conocimientos con otros ingenieros de procesos a nível global**, promoviendo la innovación y asegurando la alineación de prácticas en distintas ubicaciones.- ** Para identificar e implementar nuevas y mejores formas de manufactura**, contribuyendo a la rentabilidad y sostenibilidad de la empresa.- ** Para trabajar con Ingeniería Global en la implementación de soluciones en la planta**, facilitando la transición de proyectos desde su concepto hasta su operación a gran escala.**¿Qué necesitarás para tener éxito?**:- Inglés Avanzado Conversacional.- Experiência en el proceso de Impresión Digital para empaques (será un plus).- Se prefiere experiência en análisis estadístico, con manejo del software Minitab.- Conocimiento y aplicación demostrada del proceso DMAIC, sistema Lean y metodología Six Sigma.- Experiência en diversos procesos de manufactura, como impresión, laminación y corte.- Se requiere el uso e interpretación de técnicas estadísticas.- Se requiere la capacidad de gestionar proyectos y procesos que involucren múltiples áreas de manufactura, plantas y diversas partes del negocio.Requisition id: 50286Relocation: NoSealed Air is committed to attracting, selecting, and developing talent that reflects the diversity of the communities and customers we serve.
