**Are you a bilingual, charismatic individual with a passion for automobiles and a knack for sales and negotiations? DealerBids is looking for you to join our team**

We are a company that bridges the gap between dealerships and private vehicle sellers. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in initiating conversations with private vehicle sellers and gathering essential information.

We are looking for someone that is money motivated and wants to close deals. This is a closer position - we already have a team of SDR's working for you generating the leads and they are fresh every day in the platform. We need a closer to call the leads and finish the deals. The perfect person for this position likes to talk, can get people talking and comfortable on the phone, and is able and willing to make 60-100 calls a day.

**Pay structure will be base of $2000 MX / month + $1000MX per deal in commission, with no cap on commission. Could close 40-50 deals / month This is a contractor position - not W-2.**

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Establishing contact with private vehicle sellers on the phone. These are warm leads that are already expecting a call from you.
- Requesting current mileage, and details of any known damages to the vehicle
- Negotiating on behalf of car dealerships to facilitate deals
- Generating appointment times for car sellers to go into the dealership to sell their car
- Taking notes on each lead in our system
- Speaking with the car dealership representatives and conveying prices to them / to the private party seller

**Requirements**:

- Stable internet connection
- Reliable computer
- Cell phone
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Must pass a typing test and be fluent in English

Application Requirements:

- 3 years minimum (preferably more) experience as a sales representative at a tech company
- History of success being the #1 producer
- Hunger to make money
