**Would you like to have always WEEKENDS OFF, working in a Call Center?**

We are looking for someone to come in and retain current customers. In this position, you will assist customers with billing inquiries and pending issues, with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism in the English language.

You will offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the goal of retaining the customer's business and provide customer assistance working from home or on site based in Monterrey.

**Your mission**:This is a summary of the role and what this job requires: Maintain a flow of customers whose have been flagged as having service and/or payment issues. Your ultimate goal is to turn them into successful transactions and retain the revenue on behalf of the company.
- You will be responsible for making financial decisions to protect/raise revenue. You must have the ability to offer creative solutions that are specific to each client/prospect's situation.
- Exercise the highest degree of professionalism and courtesy in resolving customer payment issues. You must have the ability to navigate sometimes uncomfortable situations to create a positive outcome. Necessary experience: Actively Listen and Question
- Practice empathy and diplomacy by asking probing questions to get information about payment issues and offer solutions to ensure a successful transaction as a positive and Friendly Communicator
- Communication is key in this position. You are likely to have difficult conversations, it is imperative that you do so with kindness. Additionally, you must be empathetic to any customer experiencing billing issues; we don't want someone who just abruptly rejects the client's situation and then asks for payment. You must be assertive and polite when necessary to achieve your goal of retaining income.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- $12,500 Base salary
- $2,000 Punctuality Bonus
- Retention Bonus up to $19,000
- 40 hrs per week
- 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday
- WEEKENDS OFF

**Salary**: $12,500.00 - $17,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Sales, UpSales or Retention: 1 year (required)
- Customer Service: 1 year (required)
