**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our growing Finance team. This role is key to maintaining healthy cash flow, ensuring timely collections, and supporting client relationships through accurate and efficient AR processes. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and clients to resolve billing issues and ensure smooth financial operations.

What You'll Do:

- Monitor outstanding receivables and manage the collections process.
- Communicate with clients to resolve payment delays or disputes professionally.
- Prepare and analyze AR aging reports, identifying trends and potential risks.
- Collaborate with sales, client success, and billing teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end close activities, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance AR efficiency and client experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of AR, billing, or collections experience (professional services, SaaS, or procurement is a plus).
- Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, etc. a plus).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with data-driven or subscription-based business models.
- Familiarity with procurement or supply chain industries.
- Process improvement mindset or experience with AR automation tools
