- **_Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily operations of both teams, ensuring adherence to established processes and performance metrics. _**
- **_Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the Sales Deduction and Accounts Payable functions, implementing innovative solutions to streamline operations. _**
- **_Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to track team performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to the Account Lead. _**
- **_Relationship with Customers_**

- **_Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded._**

- **_Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to sales deduction and accounts payable, providing timely and accurate information._**

**_Minimum Qualifications_**

- **_University graduate with relevant experience in order management and accounts payable processes._**

- **_Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams effectively._**

**_ _**
- **_Experience in manage teams through having direct reports team leaders._**

**_ Preferred Qualifications_**

**_ _**
- **_Experience in the services or hi-tech industry._**

**_ _**
- **_Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP._**

- **_Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to non-technical audiences. _**
