**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years experience in similar role preferred
- Advanced English
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain master production schedule based on history and Marketing sales input.
- Schedule demand from customer (external and internal) against the Master Schedule.
- Work with CSR/Engineering to support new product development.
- Provide customer support with order changes, lead time inquiries, expedites, and order status updates.
- Maintain and publish product lead times for responsible product lines on weekly basis.
- Develop and maintain planning parameters of materials for product lines managed.
- Schedule Engineer to Order requirements with Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing.
- Manage material shortages, backlogs, quality issues by rearranging the production schedule.
- Utilize Rough Cut Capacity Planning to refine schedule based on capacity/lead time constraints against forecast and booked orders.
- Assist in the resolution of MRP and Planning discrepancies
