**Requisitos**:

- Escolaridad: Bachillerato en adelante.
- Manejo de Excel.
- 6 Meses de experiência en adelante en call center en ATC, SOPORTE TÉCNICO, MESA DE AYUDA, MANTENIMIENTO O MONITOREO.

ACTIVIDADES:

- Monitoreo de los níveles de servicio.
- Monitoreo del desempeño de los agentes.
- Generar reportes.

OFRECEMOS:

- Sueldo base de $9,000

HORARIO:
DE LUNES A VIERNES:

- 11:00 AM A 19:00 PM.

DESCANSO ROLADO EN FIN DE SEMANA.
