**Department Overview**: The pre-sales engineer will be responsible for the preparation of technical designs of radio, video systems, software solutions, among others, and must also prepare technical documents, both proposals and specifications when required.

Likewise, the pre-sales engineer must participate in face-to-face meetings and calls with clients, accompanying the commercial group to make presentations of technical solutions, help clients define the scope of a solution according to needs, or even identify needs and propose them together with the commercial group.

Another expected function of the pre-sales engineer is to design demos, proofs of concept, and actively participate in the preparation of mockups in conjunction with other areas that may be involved.
**This role actively participate throughout the development of an opportunity until its sale, and provide support to the implementation areas during the purchase order entry process or even in the implementation to address technical doubts related to the design. of the solution.

Among other responsibilities:

- Manages pre-sale opportunities and implementation of the identified complex projects. This comprises all stages of the projects, starting from scope definition until final close of the project, involved in the entire Network Integration process.
- The incumbent is responsible for the management of all aspects of technical solution, Customer requirements and expectations within the projects.
- Defines directions and requirements to ensure timely implementation and quality of the technical solutions.
- Provide engineering services for Customers, including commissioning and testing Motorola equipment in accordance with technical requirements, documentation and contract obligations, system presentation for the internal/external customers.
- Directly responsible for the preparation of system bids, taking into account the customer's needs and the equipment available, as well as any modifications required in conjunction with the product group.
- Works with operations as well as other internal and external developers of the networking products and systems to meet customer's delivery requirements and meeting deadlines.

**This position is going to work some days per week from our office located in**Bosques de Alisos 58, Bosques de las Lomas, Cuajimalpa de Morelos, CDMX.**

**Basic Requirements**:

- Engineering in Telecommunications, electronics, systems or a related field.
- Proficient in both Spanish and English for effective communication.
- Experience of around 7 years in similar positions.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to understand complex product functionalities.
- Excellent comunication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Available to travel 25% of the time
