**Position**:Sales Development Representative - 100% Remote (based in Monterrey)

Monday to Friday | 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

**Salary**: $28,500 to $38,000 MXN + performance bonuses

We’re looking for enthusiastic, growth-driven individuals to join our team as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). From the comfort of your home, you’ll help generate business opportunities for some of the most innovative startups in the U.S. tech space.

You don’t need tons of experience—if you’ve worked in sales, customer service, or any people-facing role (2-5 years), we want to hear from you

**What will you do every day?**
- Make 100 outbound calls per day (50 calls per client; 2 clients at a time)
- Book as many qualified meetings as possible— your energy makes the difference
- Log each interaction in the CRM (we’ll train you)

Represent high-growth U.S. B2B tech startups in a clear, professional way

**What are we looking for?**
- Advanced English (spoken and written)—you’ll use it every day

- Strong time management, goal orientation, and a positive mindset
- Degree (completed) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar
- Comfortable with digital tools (no need to be a tech wizard)
