**_ Responsibilities_**:**_ _**
- _Record and analyze test results, comparing them against expected outcomes to ensure high quality _
- _Provide insights from a user’s perspective to improve the client-side experience_

**_ _**
- _Enhance and mature regression testing processes, ensuring comprehensive coverage and efficiency_

**_ _**
- _Design and document detailed test plans for various projects_

**_ _**
- _Participate actively in an Agile development environment, contributing to daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives_

**_ _**

**_ _**
- _Be available to address critical production issues, including after-hours support when necessary_

**_ _**
- _Engage in on-mountain testing at our ski resorts as required_

**_ _**_ _**
**_Qualifications we seek in you_**:**_ _**_Minimum Qualifications / Skills_**_ _**
- **_Good years of software quality assurance work experience required_**

**_ _**
- **_Proven experience in developing, executing, and documenting test cases, test plans, and test scripts_**

**_ _**
- **_Hands-on experience with functional, regression, and exploratory testing_**

**_ _**
- **_Experience in eCommerce testing_**

**_ _**
- **_Experience in testing websites across multiple platforms (desktop, tablet, mobile)_**

**_ _**
- **_Experience with testing tools like LambdaTest or BrowserStack _**
- **_Experience with API endpoint testing using tools like Postman _**
- **_A self-starter with a passion for continuous learning and improvement_**

**_ _**
- **_Highly detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills_**

**_ _**
- **_Exceptional written and oral communication abilities_**

**_ _**
- **_A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment_**

- **_ Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_**_ _**
- **_Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience_**

- **_Familiarity with Jira for managing and tracking defects_**

- **_Good understanding of automated testing frameworks (with the desire to develop further skills). Work experience in this area is a plus._**

- **_Ability to ski or snowboard in winter, or engage in mountain biking or hiking at our Colorado resorts during summer, is a plus_**
