**Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are**:

- Maintain PPE standards, safe work methods, chemical handling procedures, reporting of unsafe acts and conditions, and respect for 5s standards.
- Manage the procedures established in the quality system to ensure the delivery of material to floor, product quality (through self-inspection).
- Participate in investigations to solve line problems through QRCM together with the support areas, perform A3 for problem solving, as well as coordinate the activities of the Jidoka methodology for continuous quality improvement.
- Schedule the activities for the next day, shift or day; anticipating needs and facilitating resources.
- Evaluate on a daily basis the processes in charge with respect to the fulfillment of cycle times.
- Keep all the material found on the production floor identified at all times and control the amount of inventory on the production floor.
- Consolidate production results (KPIs) and maintain updated dashboards, charts and controls that are implemented on the floor, to ensure the operation of the plant according to the established standards, as well as report the results of the area.
- Hold daily meetings with your team and support areas in order to align the objectives of the area and shift change.
- Maintain connection and daily communication with those in charge of the maintenance, product engineering, quality, manufacturing / OPEX departments, to share lessons learned.
- Support continuous improvement and promote the generation of ideas for improvement in your team.
- Train and develop your staff in charge.
- Manage incidents of the personnel in charge (Pre-payroll, Vacations, Leave, Disabilities)
- Adjust machine parameters according to manuals established by manufacturing.
