The health portfolio is diverse, spanning multiple products and services worldwide, offering you a truly global perspective. Colleagues on this team take charge of existing client relationships and ensure each delivery goes above and beyond as they establish and cultivate new client partnerships, setting the foundation for long-term success. This is your chance to contribute innovative ideas, leverage technology for efficiency and quality, and shape the future of benefits management.- 12+ years of industry experience, including at least six years in people management roles.- Shown success in multi-stakeholder, program, and portfolio management.- History of leading large teams and inspiring change across organizations.- Strong client management and consulting solution skills.**Education**A bachelor’s degree in business, management or a technical field is required. Additional qualifications, such as a PMP certification or an MBA (part-time or full-time), are highly desirable.
