**Bond **es una empresa que conecta oportunidades con talento. Estamos buscando a un **Operations Trainee **para una de nuestras empresas aliadas, **Arcus.**

**RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Ser la mano derecha de los desarrolladores
- Tomar minuta de las juntas
- Revisar interacciones con clientes

**REQUERIMIENTOS**
- Suficiente nível de Inglés oral para comunicarse con clientes
- Tener buen nível de comprensión, escritura/redacción y ortografía de Inglés para redactar minutas de juntas y correos.
- Trabajo en equipo
- Rápida respuesta
- Resolutivo
- Horario de 9-6 aprox

**INFO. ADICIONAL**

La idea de esta oportunidad es tener 3-6 meses de entrenamiento siendo la mano derecha de los desarrolladores para luego crecer hacia otras areas de Arcus. Por esta razón es deseable tener conocimiento e interés de programación.
