**CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE.**

**Qualifications**
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Up to 1-year experience with call center or customer service experience/training.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft office suite, specifically Word and Excel.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- General understanding of life and health insurance, retirement, annuity, and investment products is a plus.
- Experience working within a computer mainframe is a plus.

- Salary range from **12k to 22.5k **per month (Depending on experience).

- 10 vacation days per year and increasing.
- Vacation bonus of 25%.
