Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Delivering monthly financial statements no later than the 10th of each month.
- Coordinating and supervising the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process at a global level.
- Preparing consolidated financial reports for management, investors, and regulatory authorities.
- Collaborating with internal and external audit teams to facilitate the review process and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Implementing improvements in the consolidation and reporting processes to optimize time and resources.
- Supervising the financial consolidation team, providing direction and support on complex issues.
- Coordinating and reviewing intercompany eliminations and necessary accounting adjustments for the accurate presentation of consolidated financial statements.
- Maintaining constant communication with subsidiaries and other company departments to ensure the integration of financial information.
- Preparing and monitoring the annual budget for the companies/group.
- Monitoring company KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- Education: University degree in Accounting and Finance. Preferably with postgraduate studies or certifications (CPA, CMA, etc.).
- Experience: At least 10 years in accounting or finance roles, with at least 8 years of specific experience in financial consolidation. Preferred experience in large multinational companies.
- Technical knowledge: Advanced understanding of accounting standards (IFRS and/or US GAAP). Proficiency in financial consolidation software (such as Hyperion, SAP, BPC, EPM, or similar).
- Skills: Advanced Excel, analytical ability, attention to detail, leadership, excellent communication, and teamwork skills.
- Languages: Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is essential.
